Business teams can be another part of business clutters if they are improperly structured

Business teams can be another part of business clutters if they are improperly structured, which can be noticed as excessive staff, staff in wrong positions, inappropriate employment (i.e., staff are unskilled, no passion for business, lacking team skills and/or person skills, etc). Job redesign and team restructuring are most effective ways to eliminate excessive staff that increase business spending and decrease gold-energy-flow in business. Placing staff in wrong position is actually blocking the energy flow. Proper interview assessment and periodical assessment can reduce such risk. Frankly, the measurement for assessment needs to be job focus, objective, accountable and realistic. And, performance assessment needs to be applied to all staff in business. Feng Shui in Alive Music

Rooted in ancient Chinese philosophy and five tones (gong, shang, jiao, zhi, yu) theories, music in traditional Feng Shui is designed to create a tranquilizing atmosphere to help us relax and regain vitality, through the energy released from the sound of music. Each element is related to one of the five tones of ancient Chinese music (i.e., shang-gold; yu-water). The proper cycle of five-element arrangement generates productive chi circulation in human bodies and throughout a private and public environment. The combination of corresponding elements and tones therefore releases a powerful energy that consequently influences our fortunes and health.

In modern living environment, contemporary music is also being applied to enhance energy for the surroundings. The Power of Love; My Heart Will Go On; When I Need You; Celine Dion’s songs flow in the air at shopping centres as Bondi Junction Westfield and Chatswood Chase, Sydney. Her uniquely clear, polished and pure voice and the depth of high power note fills gold energies into the space, stimulating the cash flow. Echoes of the songs unconsciously create the relaxation to shoppers. (please www.sydneyfengshui.com.au for more details, thank you)

De-cluttering our mind

De-cluttering blocked energy Blocked energy is a clutter, whether it is physical, emotional or spiritual. The vibrations of clutter have negative effects on living. To experience the energy balance with the tranquil happiness, de-cluttering is the first step. Clutter collects dust. Less clutter is less stuff to dust. Dispose the clutters into the bin and place the right thing into the right place. There’s time and place for doing. By de-cluttering living space, we are clearing space for good energy to flow in and pushing out the negative one.

De-cluttering our mind By tackling the word of de-cluttering, our mind is actually the most cluttered place of all. De-cluttering our mind is an essential part of human force balance that we rarely acknowledge. Ditch the worry, the frustration, the anger, and anything else that’s cluttering our mind; figuring out what we can and what we can’t. “Instead of doing, focus on being” The mindset is primarily driven by our attitude.

Office clutters & filing disorder

Office clutters and filing disorder can influence our business success. The disorder in one aspect of our business can affect another part that is all connected. By de-cluttering office, we are clearing space for positive energy to flow in and pushing out the negative one. For the best result, de-cluttering and filing job should be reviewed at least quarterly or half-yearly depending on each individual business: archiving business paperwork for reference; regularly removing the excessive and no-useful items. Business filing should be logical, accountable and approachable, which is different as dumping paper-junk into pretty folders. Office items are good to be stored at steady places. Moving around office items will consequently create office clutters that include those items in desk drawers and cabinets. Moreover, personal belongings should be always exclusive to office items to avoid gradually turning office into a dungeon, in other words being chronically disorganised. Half yearly de-cluttering needs be arranged in February and August to yield the energy balance in business. Have a lucky day, enjoy your well beings …
